I am incredibly petite, I am 5’1″ and not very strong at all. I am a recovering anorexic/bulimic (but im not a pole like you’d think) and would like to find a HEALTHY way to get into shape. I would like long, lean muscles that are tight. so i dont bulk out and i can lengthen my very tiny frame. Are there any work outs, or sports that would help me with this? I am also trying an all organic diet. but i do have bad habits like drinking and smoking. any polite help is appreciated, thank you!

and yes i am aware i should not smoke or drink. please do not tell me about this. thank you
