Say we get sent back to the stone age and all technology as we know it is nonexistent, will digital watches still work? Do they need power lines or something to work or just a battery and they’re good to go?

Digital watches still works even go in any age useless there batteries die. but if you have solar power digital watches with re-chargeable battery or you have just re-chargeable battery in your watch then you have charge it via sun-light heat directly. otherwise try to search about how to make batteries at home with simple raw materials like with copper and zinc with lemon

However, If you read 1COR 2:9-16 and substitute “True Gospel” for the word “things” you will see how saved man “can know” and how the phrase “No man knoweth” is describing the unsaved condition of man. Moreover the studies available on the web “timehasanend” will show you the detailed calendar that is in the Bible and how you can see that we are exactly 7,000 years from the flood, to the very day that God shut the door.

They would work until the battery died (unless the were solar or motion powered). One exception, if the cause was an electromagnetic pulse, most electronics would be fried.
Watches are battery powered so they’ll still work…but then the problem is how do you know what time is it so you can make sure the watch is set properly.
I would think so unless your battery dies. Then I guess you couldn’t go to the drug store to get a replacement.
