I’m doing an assignment about improving all aspects of fitness including reaction times. But I can’t seem to find anything. Does anyone know about any exercises/sports that can improve reaction times?

The best exercise for reaction enhancement is agility drills.
Try jumping rope, doing ladder drills and line jumps. Also use weight balls and toss them with another person. Increase the speed of the toss and have your partner throw it in different places for you to react to. Move to non-weighted balls and really get the speed moving!
I would say baseball gives you a quick reaction time because when your hitting or catching a ball you have to react quickly in order to hit/catch the ball.
Try your luck at ping pong. That sport requires very fast reaction times, and its easy and fun to play.
anything that would be considered high impact arobics, also stretches will serve to lengthen your muscles giving you more explosive power and a longer stride… by far the best reaction time exercise is raquet ball, it will also get you arobically fit (I don’t think there is a sport around that competes with it in terms of fitness and time)
