Cap rules are:
If they are the beginning of a sentence, the first letter should be capitalized.
If they are proper noun, then they should be capped.

Senior Manager, Student Advisor, and Support Tutor all need to be capped if they are official titles in an organisation such as a legal body, a high school, a college, or a university.
Newsletter, Xxx Office, Xxx Officer, or Fitness Center (Sports Center) might also need capitalisation if any is a proper title/office recognised in the communiry/org as a distinct and unique entity wihtout the article “the” unless it (=The) is part of the proper noun.
