I get things in the e-mail from my kids all of the time but I cannot view any of them because I lost my key. I have Windows XP but when i try to watch what they send me it says I need the Microsoft Office Product key and then I have to cancel because the computer had office on it when i bought it so i have no key on a cd case. Please tell me how i can fix this. Thank you,.
