call microsoft…I do it all the time..You get an automated women helping you out. You pretty much read them your old code and they give you a new working one! Its amazing why people dont use this more often!
You can try calling Microsoft with your “old” key and information
and they may be able to give to you a “new working key” from your
old key.
The number is 1-800-Microsoft (642-7676).
usually there is online steps which are prompted by the program for applying new key code which in turn will revalidate old code in case of any future incidents… outside of that you should be prompted to call microsoft, so if no prompts either way, then try calling microsoft directly… usually they are flexible but not every person you get will be intelligent or realistic or reasonable so if first no succeed, call call call again & be patient – short of that buy a key code on ebay or a hacker site for less than entire program
Never heard of a Product Key crashing. If you are sure it won’t work, you need to buy a new one
