Automotive
India and France are already producing air powered automobiles which has a top speed of 60MPH and a range of 120 miles. It will be introduced in the US next year. The projected price is around $12,000.00. It costs $2.00 to recharge the airflasks. Zero emmission and the name of the car is “evolution”. There are two models, a four passenger and a six passenger. Although not ideal for drag racing or long range travels, this car will be ideal as a second car doing errands and short commutes.

Technically, they are not air powered, but powered by the high pressure.
The idea that they have no exhaust is laughable. Although they have no PoU exhaust, a generator will need to be used to restore the pressure in the tanks.
It is therefore very likely that they will have a higher total emmisions than a normal IC engined car.
I don’t believe you. Can you give us a link or something?
Haven’t heard of ‘Air powered’ autos- Have heard and read of Indian use of CNG= Compressed Natural Gas vehicles running on sewer treatment gas and LP, restrictions in the large towns on 2 strokes, gas and diesels for commercial use- the requirements are for the use of the CNG/LP vehicles to clean up air. Compressed air tank would have to be very high pressure /large to get vehicle to travel that far and fast- I have my doubts about air powered vehicles.
They sound all right to me but I would like to see them being able to travel a little farther on a full tank of air.
