I have a gateway and windows vista. The vista was installed on my computer at best buy and i came back for it later, so the product key is on a sticker on the back. I try to get into microsoft office and it asks for a product key, but the one i enter from the sticker on the back of my computer is always invalid: and I’ve had other people try, too.
