Short term memory lapses, Is something wrong? Please help?

Hey,

Okay just the run-down. I am a 17 year-old male, love my sport and fitness to death.

I take fluoxetine for depression (certain traumatic event) and my daily vitamins.

Lately, I have been experiencing memory lapses, fairly frequent ones. e.g:

I was browsing the internet just before, and i wanted to go back a few pages. by the time i got back to the page I wanted to be at, I had completley forgotten why I wanted to go back to the page.

This is just one of many cases, is something wrong? could it be from my medication? Please help guys. *also lately I have had spasms in my eyes (I don’t have terettes to my knowledge)
