Sen. Puckett shows support for coal after deluge of cap and trade calls
RICHMOND, Va. — The Virginia General Assembly doesn’t have any legislation addressing the cap and trade issue this session, so it surprised State Senator Phillip P. Puckett D-Russell, when the phones at his office in the General Assembly Building started ringing Wednesday morning.
