Office Products
I’m looking for software that will help me keep track of all the phone calls & correspondence I have with my clients. I run a small painting company. That way, when a client hasn’t paid, I can say, “We called you on this date & that date, sent a letter on this date, and never heard back, etc.” Is there such a product that will help me track that?
Was not trying to use Microsoft – sorry, should’ve specified. That’s what we use now and we have too many customers. Was hoping there was a company that made customer solutions software

You could use any of MS Office Products. You could set up different files in Word. Set up a folder for each customer and put all of the information for them in that specific folder. If you type a letter in Word, save it in that folder. When you go to call them, pull up the folder and type in the date, what was said, ect. There are so many different ways you could do it. You could have a folder for just late payments and set up an Excel spreadsheet. It depends on what works for you the easiest.
Microsoft Outlook should do the trick. You just use it as a diary.
