I have a product key for Microsoft Office 2007 would this be illegal?

I have a product key for Microsoft Office 2007 Home and Student. It is good for use on 2 computers. If I only use it on one computer, would it be illegal to sell the key on Ebay so that somebody else may use it on their computer?

Sorry, I need money and I just paid a lot for this software and somebody else might be able to use it too.
