How to get a six pack?

Ok, so i’m 14. (not trying to be a show off bit i have very strong and masular arms and legs (more than most people my age). about 5 or 6 months ago I started to work my abbs. Over the months and weeks my “workout” has gotten harder. Right now i’m at the point where i’m doing: 50 Leg raises, 50 partial leg raises, static leg raise for 50 seconds; 50 crunches (with two red dumbells), 50 partial crunches (with two red dumbells) and static crunch for 50 seconds (with two red dumbells). I have been doing this “workout” for about 5 or 6 months (as I said earlier) every 2 days.

I Ride my bike on a very hard gear twice a day for about 50 minutes alltogether which includes going up two large hills.I do Swimming once a week and on most fridays I do Fitness training/Sports.

I also eat very well, the average day I eat:
*Breakfast: Eggs and yogourt.
*Lunch: Pasta
*Dinner: Fish/Vegetable soup/Red Meat

So basically I’m a pretty healthy guy, and i’m very fit, But I can’t see my six pack. I do plenty of sports etc. I eat well, but i just can’t see my six pack, You can faintly see a four pack. I can feel the six pack but i just can’t see it because i can’t remove that natural layer of fat covering it up.

So my questions are:

Should i do my abs everyday, or keep doing what i’m doing.
Am i doing anything wrong?
Any tips?
