I am about to get another hard drive but I have Microsoft Office 7 on this hard drive. I threw away the package that I purchased microsoft Office 7 in. Is there a way that I can find my product key on my computer now before I get the new hard drive?

Do you mean you threw away the box that the Microsoft Office disk came in? Damn. Keep my boxes that have Product Keys on in my safe.

It’s tucked away in the registry. Run Regedit and do a search on ProductID.
