Does having lots of files (mp3s) on your computer slow down the speed of the computer and internet? I still have 15 GB of free space and the total size is 107 GB.

What would reccomend doing, I have scanned the system and removed anything it found, also cleared cashe files and unnessesary files, and used c cleaner and restarted, cleared history and defragged but still the messages won't send, or even some pages...
